Nooshin started her fitness journey at 18, bouncing around as a gym instructor, leading all sorts of workouts from jumping around in aerobics to sweating it out with bodyweight exercises and Pilates.
Having over 12 years of experience, she strongly believe that our body is our numero uno priority that needs to be taken cared of! Her expertise in pilates will help you build a strong and capable body regardless of your age!
Think of joining her in Pilates as a fun adventure. You’ll flex those muscles, find your balance, and reach a zen state, all while having a blast…
I took my first yoga class in 1999 to regain mobility in my ankle after an injury. It was love at first mat!!!
Primarily practicing ashtanga yoga in the beginning, I found I enjoyed various styles of yoga and enjoyed complimenting my practice with pilates.
I took my yoga teacher training at Yoga City Ancaster in the fall of 2015 and followed with certification in chair yoga and seniors yoga in 2017 at Breathe Yoga Studio, Toronto. By the summer of 2018 I had my pilates certification through Body Harmonics in Guelph.
As our bodies move through this adventure we call life we must adapt and keep active in our lives. One of the fundamental principles of yoga is that a small action, done repeatedly, can make an enormous difference.
Through motion we may find stillness; both equally important for balance.
Join me on the mat and give yourself the gift of inner peace and strength through mindful movement.

Larnie's yoga journey began at a very young age when her dad started teaching her about meditation and simple yoga poses. Always a serious person, she spent her time reading about psychology, religion, spirituality, philosophy, and health & wellness. Learning, exploring and discovering are important to Larnie.
She finds yoga amazing because it is so versatile. Her philosophy is that everyone can do yoga and receive the benefits at whatever level their practice is, or how they feel that day.
Larnie celebrates individuality and provides an accommodating atmosphere in her class that encourages modifications for developing your practice, as well as options to challenge yourself to deepen and advance your personal journey. Yoga is about balance, strength & flexibility, both physically & mentally. Her classes will challenge you to improve your strength, complementing that with relaxing poses that release tension as well as balancing poses that encompass both strength and suppleness.
Her poses & flows are not always routine; she has done some blindfolded yoga flows and will guide you through some awesome yoga poses to re-discover yourself. Come with an open mind and an open heart, and check out her class!
