Membership Cancellation Policy:
At Abra Yoga we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your monthly subscription membership.
Please review the following policy regarding membership cancellations:
Cancellation Process:
Members can request a cancellation of their monthly subscription by contacting customer support at the bottom of our home page.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours (excluding weekends) before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Automatic Renewal:
Please note that our monthly subscription memberships are set to automatically renew each month. It is the member's responsibility to initiate the cancellation process if they no longer wish to continue their subscription.
Refunds:
Membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellation requests submitted after the specified deadline will result in the member being charged for the upcoming month, and the cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle.
Cancellation Confirmation:
Once a cancellation request is processed, members will receive a confirmation email indicating the effective date of the cancellation.
Reactivation:
Members who have canceled their subscription are welcome to reactivate it at any time. Please note that reactivation may be subject to current membership availability and any applicable fees or changes in membership terms.
